What: the CalFresh program provides monthly benefits to eligible low-income individuals or families to purchase healthy, nutritious food.
How: to determine eligibility, submit an application.

What: WIC supports families by providing supplemental foods, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support for low-to-moderate income individuals who are pregnant, postpartum, children under age 5, and family/guardians caring for eligible children.
